Toast two Nutrific biscuits and half a Flake in the oven, getting it all nice and warm. Add three spoons of yoghurt and this toasted marvel to a blender and blend till even distribution is attained. Break in the other half of the Flake and pour into a bowl or flask for an on-the-go sipping version.
